Refunds & Returns

Last updated 2 October 2026

Every print is made for one person from their own record, so we can't take returns for a change of mind. If something goes wrong on our side, we put it right. Here's exactly how, so there are no surprises.

Damaged, faulty or wrong

If your print arrives damaged, has a printing fault, doesn't match the proof you approved, or isn't what you ordered, send us photos of the print and its packaging within 14 days of delivery, with your order reference. We'll send a replacement free of charge, and you don't need to send the original back. If we can't replace it, we'll refund you in full.

Lost in the post

Every print ships with tracking. If tracking hasn't shown delivery 10 working days after the date the carrier expected, tell us within 20 days of that date and we'll send a replacement free of charge. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll refund you in full. Please check with neighbours and your local depot first; most "lost" parcels turn up nearby.

Cancelling an order

We send prints to be made shortly after payment, usually by the next working day. Until then, you can cancel: contact us with your order reference and we'll refund everything you paid. Once a print has gone to be made, it can't be cancelled.

Spotted a typo before it's printed? Reply to your receipt email straight away. Fixing it before printing is free.

Things we can't refund

Digital files

Files are delivered straight after payment, so they can't be returned or refunded once sent. If a file is faulty or won't open, tell us and we'll fix it or send it again; if we can't, we'll refund you in full.

Digital files are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and the merchant of record for them, so their refunds are made through Lemon Squeezy to the card or account you paid with. Ask us as usual and we'll arrange it.

Commissions

Nothing is charged until you approve the drawing. Once you've approved it and paid, the design work is done, so it can't be refunded; the print itself is covered by everything above.

How to ask

Use the contact page or email asklogbookpress@gmail.com with your order reference (it starts LP-) and, for damage or faults, photos of the print and its packaging. We reply within two working days.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through the payment provider you paid with, within five working days of us agreeing them. Your bank can take a few more days to show it.

Please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. It's the quickest way to get things sorted, and it doesn't affect your right to open one.

Your legal rights

This policy is on top of your rights under consumer law in the country where you live, including for faulty goods, and nothing here takes them away. The full Terms of Sale cover everything else about your order.
