We collect what we need to make and deliver your print, and nothing for advertising. Analytics only runs if you allow it, there are no advertising pixels, and we never sell data.

Who we are

Logbook Press, an independent online print studio, is responsible for your information. Questions or requests go to asklogbookpress@gmail.com or the contact page.

Designing happens in your browser. Photos and pictures of circuit maps you add are processed on your device and only reach us as part of the finished artwork when you order. When you upload a route (GPX, FIT or TCX), the file stays on your device too, but a few things go to our server to finish the design: the area it covers, to fetch the street map; and its start and finish points with the start time, to look up the place names and that day's weather. The whole route only reaches us if you save the design, or as part of the artwork when you order.

We never see your card details. Payment happens on the payment provider's own checkout page.

Who we share it with

Some of these providers are in the United States or elsewhere outside your country. Where the law requires it, transfers are covered by safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

Analytics cookies, only with your permission. If you choose Allow Analytics, we use Google Analytics to see which pages and prints people look at and how many visits end in an order. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_… that last up to two years, and Google receives your device and browser details and an approximate location; Google Analytics doesn't store IP addresses. We keep analytics data for two months. Until you choose, nothing loads. Change your mind any time with ; choosing No Thanks removes the cookies.

Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage, so we don't have to ask on every visit. There are no advertising cookies.

When you reach the payment step, the payment provider's checkout (Lemon Squeezy's for digital files, our card payment provider's for prints) loads and sets its own cookies. These are strictly necessary to take payment securely and prevent fraud, and they're governed by that provider's own policy. If you never open the payment step, they set nothing.

How long we keep it

How we keep it safe

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Order records and print files are stored with our hosting provider and only we can open them; your card details never reach us at all. Download links for digital files carry a random key and only work once the order is paid.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, or object to how we use it. Write to us and we'll answer within a month. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority. California residents: we don't sell or share personal information, and you have the same rights to know and delete.

Children

Ordering is for adults. If you're under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
